11 Tips to Help
Examinees Succeed!

Hello! I am Hong Ji-yeon, director of Yon Korean Medicine Clinic.

As we go past the 100-day countdown to the CSAT, I am receiving more consultations for students, including high schoolers, middle schoolers, and even 6th graders. I would like to share some tips for examinees that can lead to great results. Lately, it's not just about university entrance exams; high school and middle school admissions are also becoming increasingly important.

During consultations in my office, I start by thoroughly discussing health. For examinees, I also provide additional guidance on daily lifestyle management, study methods, and mindset.

Perhaps because of this, the success rate for exams and even employment among students visiting our clinic is over 90%. (The remaining 10% weren't tracked, so the actual percentage could be even higher.)

Proven Methods

Methods I have experienced and verified

Verified study methods

As some of you may know, I have graduated from three different universities and have taken various qualification exams multiple times, so I have more to say about exams than anyone else.

I also utilized methods passed down to me by acquaintances who passed the judicial, administrative, and foreign service exams. Using these methods I experienced, I passed every exam I took. I believe these methods have been sufficiently verified.

If parents are reading this, please send the link to your children and encourage them to read it! Please share this link with others who have students in their families so that many people can benefit from this information.

Life Care

3 Months Before the Exam,
Daily Routine Management

Essential lifestyle habit tips for
achieving peak condition.

Tip 01

Routine is important

It is important to wake up, eat, and sleep at the same time every day. If you create and follow your own routine, your body will adapt to the exam schedule.

Tip 02

Wake up early in the morning

Most exams start in the morning. This doesn't mean you should reduce your sleep. Wake up at 6:00 or 7:00 AM to set your schedule according to the exam.

Tip 03

Go to bed at a reasonable time

Staying up until 3:00 or 4:00 AM in a rush makes it difficult to get good results on the CSAT. You should be in bed by 12:00 or 1:00 AM at the latest to improve brain function.

Tip 04

Manage your diet

To prevent post-meal drowsiness and blood sugar spikes, refrain from eating spicy, salty, or overly sweet foods. Wholesome, light food is good for the digestive system and enhances learning efficiency.

Study & Mind

Effective Learning and Condition Control

Tip 05. Repetitive learning.
Instead of searching for new material, plan your studies well and focus on repetition and organization. Short lectures or thin books that summarize weak areas are excellent.

Tip 06. Take a 10–20 minute walk after meals.
A 10-minute walk after eating helps with digestion, provides a mental refresh, and is a short but effective healing time to share information and relieve stress with friends.

Tip 07. Create a keyword notebook.
Write down the keywords of what you studied today in a small notebook and expand your thinking around these keywords to practice repetition. Short-term memory will convert into long-term memory, making it truly yours.

Tip 08. Avoid excessive health foods 1 month to 2 weeks before the exam.
During periods of high stress, your body is sensitive, and unfamiliar, heavy health tonics can impair digestion. Even gifts like rice cakes can be detrimental to students with sensitive stomachs.

Tip 09. Study subjects according to the exam schedule starting 2 weeks to a month before.
Study subjects in line with the actual exam timetable so that your brain can recognize and become familiar with which subject is studied during which time slot.

Clinic Care

Customized treatment for your symptoms,
now is the golden time.

To get into your desired school, raising and maintaining
your physical condition is more important than anything.
Yon Korean Medicine Clinic will be there to support you.

Tip 10

Custom Herbal Medicine

If you are suffering from fatigue, indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual pain, or nosebleeds, do not endure it; take herbal medicine immediately. If you miss this golden time, you cannot handle student life properly.

Tip 11

Gongjin-dan for Concentration

If you find it hard to wake up, feel heavy, or have severe stress, take one pill of Gongjin-dan a day. It activates brain activity and helps boost energy levels explosively.

Golden Time

This current period is the 'Golden Time'

In medicine, there is a term called "Golden Time." It refers to the crucial window for life-saving treatment or surgery. While an entrance exam is not everything in life, it is clearly an important gateway for growth and development. That is why I want to call this period for students their "Golden Time."

During a golden time, we do everything possible to save a patient. I hope examinees strictly follow the methods mentioned above. Parents, please keep checking on your children's condition so they can endure this remaining golden time and achieve good results.

If your child complains of fatigue, has a heavy or foggy head, feels extreme stress, or shows symptoms like digestive issues or nosebleeds, please contact the clinic immediately. The part we can help with is physical strength and condition management to ensure they are in their best state. It is better to support them with herbal medicine or Gongjin-dan so you have no regrets later.

Dear examinees!!! From now on, it is a battle of stamina and mental strength.
Avoid catching colds, maintain peak condition, and keep your mind clear for maximum concentration!
I hope you develop the strength to not be crushed by stress, but to use it to move forward.

"Examinees and your families! Not much time is left. Please hang in there a little longer!!
Yon Korean Medicine Clinic will send you our best energy!!"
