Rhinitis is heavily influenced by environment and weather. It is recommended to start treatment in late summer before the cold and dry season approaches. You should start no later than October to enjoy comfortable breathing throughout autumn, winter, and spring.

Duration & Prognosis

This depends on current symptoms, the onset of rhinitis, and duration. With high medication compliance, sleep quality can improve within 1-2 weeks.
