CSAT D-14!!
A Few Simple Tips!!

Hello! I am Dr. Ji-yeon Hong, Director of Yon Oriental Medicine Clinic!
I really didn't want to say these clichés, but I have no choice.
Time truly flies. It feels like the sweltering heat was just yesterday, but already November is here—the month that wraps up the year.

Every November, the most important event is the 'CSAT' (College Scholastic Ability Test). The exam is truly right around the corner.
I have prepared a few simple but important tips for these last two weeks before the exam.

Mind & Routine

Mind Control and Schedule Adjustment

Studying adjusted to the CSAT schedule
TIP 01

Study to the CSAT Schedule

Every day, or at least 2-3 times a week, study according to the actual CSAT exam schedule.

TIP 01

Brain Activation by Schedule

Only do 1-2 mock tests! It is more important to practice repeatedly to get your body used to the exam times rather than becoming overly sensitive to your test scores.

Positive mind
TIP 02

It's Totally Lucky-Vicky!!

It is natural to feel anxious and nervous before the exam, but please try to maintain a positive mindset!!

TIP 02

Results come after the exam!

Keep a mindset of "I can do it!" and "It will go well!". If your scores are lacking, you can supplement them in the actual exam!

Condition Care

Diet and Physical Care for Peak Condition

Thorough physical care is necessary to ensure your concentration doesn't waver.

03

Every day like the day before the exam!!

The CSAT is an exam that requires maximum concentration all day long.
Starting two weeks before, act as if tomorrow is the exam day by syncing your sleep time, meal time, and wake-up time.
Studying until dawn every day at this point can actually be physically exhausting.

04

Eat easily digestible food!

Because your sympathetic nervous system is highly active before the exam, your digestive function is bound to be weaker.
It is best to stick to a diet you are used to eating and that has never caused you digestive issues until the day of the exam.
Please avoid foods you haven't eaten before, such as gifted snacks or excessive nutritional supplements, until the big day!!

Special Medicine

Oriental Medical Care to Perform at Your Best

These prescriptions are recommended for optimal energy and a calm mind.

TIP 05. Maximize brain activity and energy with Gongjindan!

There is nothing better than Gongjindan for boosting brain activity and replenishing energy. I am actually letting a piece of Gongjindan melt in my mouth while writing this.

  • Step 1 Take one pill on an empty stomach every morning starting from now
  • Step 2 Monitor your physical condition changes while taking it
  • Caution It is not recommended to take it for the first time on the day of the exam!

TIP 06. Calm anxious hearts with Woohwang-Cheongsimwon!

It prevents you from being unable to perform at your usual level due to excessive tension that causes your entire body, including your brain, to stiffen up. I recently prescribed this for a student before a practical entrance exam.

  • Point 1 Highly recommended for examinees struggling with extreme anxiety and nervousness
  • Point 2 Determine the type and dosage that suits you best by taking it in advance
  • Caution Never take it for the first time on the day of the exam if you don't usually!

"To all the examinees and their families!! You have worked so hard.
Just endure a little longer!! There really isn't much time left."

"

I hope you finish strong so that your efforts
over the last 12 years since elementary school can shine through in your best condition.
